Monday Golf Outings

1. There is a guaranteed minimum of 60 golfers for Monday Outings. Burlington Country Club requires a guarantee as to the exact number of players not less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Within the seven-day period additional players may be added at an additional cost by notifying Burlington Country Club.
2. Sixty (60) days written notice is required to cancel your event. If Burlington Country Club does not receive written notice of the cancellation of your event at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled event, the Sponsoring Member/Guarantor will be billed a minimum of $500.00 to cover club expenses.
3. All Golf Prizes and Favors for Distribution to the outing must be purchased through our Golf Professional.
4. The practice green and driving range are available to your outing.
5. Use of golf carts is required.
6. Fees: Please inquire with Mike Mack 609-284-1730 for pricing. 
7. Food & Beverage: The Club must be used for at least two meals during the outing. Menu selections may be made by contacting Sandra Perry at (609) 267-1886 ext 5 or via email: [email protected]
8. Role of Member/Sponsor:
   1. Be personally involved in booking the outing through the Board of Governors, the Food and Beverage Manager, and the Golf Professional.
   2. Assume responsibility for conduct of participants.
   3. Assume financial responsibility for outing.
   4. Be responsible for any and all damages to the golf course, golf carts or any other property of Burlington Country Club caused by any Outing Participant, Entertainer, Volunteer and/or Event Staff Person(s).
9. All outings wishing to serve alcohol for their event must obtain a social affairs permit through Westampton Township as well as supply their own alcohol.

The following guidelines will act as a checklist. We would like you to contact our Golf Professional, Michael Mack, to ensure your golf outing at Burlington is a well-run successful event. Remember, coordination and communication with the Golf Professional on all outing details can be the difference between just an "outing" and "a truly spectacular golfing event".

1. After the Genral Manager and Golf Professional confirms your date, you must set up your Food and Beverage requirements with Sandra Perry at (609) 267-1886, ext 5 or [email protected]. Please contact Burlington's Golf Professional, Michael Mack, to set up your golfing activities. His telephone number is (609) 267-1886. These activities should be done at your earliest convenience.
2. Information needed:
   • Number of players.
   • Type of tournament or special events, such as closest to the pin, longest drive, hole in one, etc.
   • The way in which tournament winners are to be selected.
   • Special activities – developed by your outing.
   • Number of golf carts anticipated.
   • Arranging for golf prizes.
3. 48 Hours prior to your event, you should e-mail a list of players and pairings to the Golf Shop (preferably in Excel or Word). [email protected].
4. Attire: All players are expected to wear proper attire on the golf course. Golf shoes without metal spikes are required. Players with metal spikes will be refused play. Shorts will be permitted for outings provided they are no more than 4 inches above the knee. All collared shirts must be tucked in. All ball caps must be facing forward.  All decisions of the Golf Professional are final. Blue jeans, T-shirts, cut-offs, etc. are not permitted.
5. Golf Carts: Golf carts are mandatory. Carts must not be driven on tees; greens or green aprons, nor parked within 30 feet of greens, or in a position to interfere with play of others. Carts are the responsibility of the driver. All damaged carts should be reported to the Pro Shop. Damage due to abuse is the responsibility of those using the cart. ALL CARTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PRO SHOP AFTER PLAY.
6. Courteous Play: Players should maintain a pace not more than one Full Hole behind the group in front. Please leave the course as you found it. REPLACE DIVOTS – REPAIR BALL MARKS ON GREENS – RAKE SAND TRAPS.
7. Conduct: Please observe proper conduct and decorum at all times.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only permitted when Burlington Country Club closes the Golf Course due to extreme weather conditions.
