Golf Outings

Burlington Country Club is available to host charity and corporate events. Our scenic championship golf course is the perfect venue for your golf event. Our professionally trained golf and banquet staff will attend to your every need. We pride ourselves on flawless execution from beginning to end. We offer a full service golf shop with all of the latest products and our culinary team will work with you to design a menu that meets all of your needs. Whether you are hosting a 32 player church event or a large fundraiser outing, Burlington is the ideal choice. We have been running golf events for more than 30 years, with numerous businesses, civic groups, and charity events returning year after year.

Monday Golf Outings

  1. There is a guaranteed minimum of 60 golfers for Monday Outings. Burlington Country Club requires a guarantee as to the exact number of players not less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Within the seven-day period additional players may be added at an additional cost by notifying Burlington Country Club.
  2. Sixty (60) days written notice is required to cancel your event. If Burlington Country Club does not receive written notice of the cancellation of your event at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled event, the Sponsoring Member/Guarantor will be billed a minimum of $500.00 to cover club expenses.
  3. All Golf Prizes and Favors for Distribution to the outing must be purchased through our Golf Professional.
  4. The practice green and driving range are available to your outing.
  5. Use of golf carts is required.
  6. Fees: Please inquire with Mike Mack 609-284-1730 for pricing. 
  7. Food & Beverage: The Club must be used for at least two meals during the outing. Menu selections may be made by contacting Sandra Perry at (609) 267-1886 ext 5 or via email: [email protected]
  8. Role of Member/Sponsor:
    1. Be personally involved in booking the outing through the Board of Governors, the Food and Beverage Manager, and the Golf Professional.
    2. Assume responsibility for conduct of participants.
    3. Assume financial responsibility for outing.
    4. Be responsible for any and all damages to the golf course, golf carts or any other property of Burlington Country Club caused by any Outing Participant, Entertainer, Volunteer and/or Event Staff Person(s).
  9. All outings wishing to serve alcohol for their event must obtain a social affairs permit through Westampton Township as well as supply their own alcohol.
